At Mahlkönig, we stand behind the precision and quality of our professional-grade coffee grinders and offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. We aim to ensure your home brewing experience meets the highest standards of excellence.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and serial number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your grinder in its original manufacturer box with all protective foam inserts, manuals, and accessories to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Shipping and Labeling

  Affix the provided RMA label to the outside of the shipping carton and send the package via a tracked carrier to our authorized service center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit is in new, unused condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
