Yes, all Mahlkönig grinders come with a standard 1-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.
Can I return a grinder if I am not satisfied?
We accept returns on unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
How often should I replace the burrs in my grinder?
Burr longevity depends on usage and the type of coffee beans used. For home use, burrs typically last between 2-5 years. We recommend inspecting them for dullness if you notice a decrease in grind consistency.
